Wouldn't be half surprised if we kept him on the books to keep Yaya sweet. I rate him highly but he's an arse.

Nasri strikes me as a bit of a whinger who doesn't put enough out there to warrant a first team place. I'm not saying he isn't an exceptional player when he is on form at all but that ego and mouth needs reigning in because he's a bolshie French Twat.

Nothing in it, IMO

There’s nothing wrong with two former team mates talking. But the suspicion arises because they both had their hands over their mouths which was surely to stop anyone being able to lip read what they were saying.

I think we should have sold Nasri this summer. I get that Yaya is a close friend of his but after being asked to stay by Khaldoon I doubt it was subject to Nasri staying as well.

On his day he’s an excellent player. One of our best at retaining the ball. The trouble is he rarely finds that day and he’s had enough chances now. We’ve been guilty of having a poor mentality when we’re favourites to win and he’s one of the main culprits. If we want to fight to win the league every season, rather than only when we’ve failed to the previous year then we need better than Nasri. Kevin De Bruyne would be a huge upgrade. Navas creates plenty of chances and gives us added pace and Lopes has the potential to fill Nasri’s role should he move on.

He’s been a troublesome character wherever he has been and we don’t need him anymore. I’d sell him now if he has been causing any issues within the camp. Typical spoilt frog – get your head down and prove you’re worthy of starting rather than moaning all of the time.
