Ridiculous comments. He was never bought to run the channels. That's not his game. He's hardly played at all yet you want him to be at his best. Completely unrealistic. Look at Aguero he needs a run of games at full fitness before he comes good.

In and out of the team, niggling injuries and his mum has just passed away. It's quite understandable that one of those things would affect his form but the combination of all three is almost certain to. He needs our support, not a bunch of self-entitled tossers getting on his back.

Not happening for our Wilf at the minute.I wont suggest its all his own doing though.....as his supply lines are shocking at the minute - Navas couldn't find a shag in a brothel,Sterling looks a tad reserved in his approach and Aguero is well off the pace.
Bony is an excellent striker,he will certainly have the last laugh I have no doubt.

We've got a lot of them tossers, especially in the east stand level 3. He's been completely written off already.

Wilf is not a shit player or waste of space as many would proclaim on here. Expecting him to play bits and pieces and perform like Kun (when on form) is not going to happen, they are different beasts with different styles and strengths. He needs a run of starts to develop and hone relationsships with his team mates.

Agree with people saying a tad unfair to be calling him shit, I will say though he doesn't do himself any favours by barely breaking sweat when he is only on the pitch for 20/30 mins.

But he isn't going to get them is he? Unless Pellegrini decides to go back to 4-4-2, which I can't see, We are playing one up front and that one is always going to be Aguero when fit so he has no choice but to make an impression when he can.
So far including last season he isn't making enough of an impression. He needs to be doing a lot better than he is. He contributed zero yesterday and arguably his substitution stopped our momentum and for me we hardly looked a threat after that. Maybe that was Pellegrini's fault though. He should have taken Aguero off for Bony as he did nothing either.

I think he needs to be cut some slack. I agree he hasn't banged them in, but he has had a lot of mitigating circumstances.
Vinny, Merlin, Martin, Zaba and I'm sure many others had equally as bad starts but those in the know, persevered.
