In defence of Yaya I think he has been overworked in his position for far too long now. He's been playing in a central midfield two against an opposition 3 for the last 4 years. At his age I think it's finally catching up with him. I think Pellegrini's unwillingness to change to 4-5-1 has also had serious implications for the form of the likes of Clichy, Mangala, Fernando and Fernandinho's.

I just want to put on record what a phenomenal pass Yaya made in the Derby in the build up to Aguero's goal. He might not be doing it as often but he's still a wonderful player. I think much of the criticism he is getting is uncalled for.

brought it all on himself. he threw his toys out of the pram, thats fine but you then have to come back all guns blazing and in top form. although getting better he's been wank. was always going to get pelters playing like that.

Re: Yaya?

That's what it's all been about imo. People exacting revenge rather than just assessing him on his performances. He's been no worse than most others.

Moronic , childish & bad for morale at the club imo, but sadly we have seen the same thing many times before & there's always a perfectly good excuse for the people who do it. They think.

I slated him big time for his red against CSKA but his performances haven't been bad, no worse than anyone else. To be honest at this point in time, take him and Aguero out of the team and we are barely top 4 material. We would of taken a good hiding from QPR if you took them out. Obviously once you bring back Kompany and Silva, we seem to be lifted massively by their quality and Silva in particular has been missed greatly. Yaya has had to fill that role whilst Silva is injured and it is a little dangerous because Fernando hasn't adapted to this league yet.

When Yaya has moved to PSG next summer... this will all be forgotten.

I was hoping to to see the back of the f*cking mard-arse in January ..... BIg f*cking nob jockey that needs a massive kick up the arse!!

If this isn't a wind up, and if it is I will apologise now for calling you the biggest moron on this moron filled forum. If you meant it you truly are a dickhead and I am ashamed you are a fellow blue.

I think we have to accept that a public forum will inevitably have posts from fairly inexperienced fans

CC1, I do believe that is the most diplomatic post I have seen for a while! Beautifully put my good man.

So proper blues are ok with the fact that Yaya used the death of his younger brother to slander the club?

Re: Yaya?

Yes he said things about the club that would get ANY blues back up !!!! But ANY body on this f*cking planet could act like a right C*#t at the death of a family member , I've lost brothers and at times you could be one act away from going in Strangeways for a very long time , and with in the hour feel sane again, you just don't know. So for me its not about that, he is one of 20 out of 25 that are having a hard time this season , no more no less.
