I think we need to be bringing in quality players around this age (19- 21) and let them gel together in the reserves for a year with the odd first team appearence when needed. This will allow these players to acclimatise to the vigours of the Premiership gradually. I think City are on the right track by offloading older players and bringing in the cream of young European talent.

No chance of Witsel and Martinez wanting to come over here to sit in the reserves for a year when both are playing week in week out for their current teams.

Delph would but I'm not a fan, can't see him ever being anything other than decent.
