I was talking to a couple of lads (Leicester and Everton fans) at work about Robbie Fowler scoring in the derby for us and they both had totally forgotten he played for us. I’ve never heard him mention us after he left either. I think that couple of years where we got Fowler, the pointer, schmeichel, seaman etc where they had played at bigger clubs in their prime are good examples for this thread.
