Err, first they did that fake photoshop story about the City fan with the Rooney tattoo and now this, no wonder that they have been banned.

The tattoo was story was a typical spoof story done by The Sunday Sport; it had nothing to do with The Sun.

Alan Hansen sums it up perfectly in the Telegraph this morning.

He wonders why when there was a golfing trip to St Andrews, only 4 players went??

There is no team spirit, no togetherness, surely its the managers job to instil this??

The only thing this 'sums up perfectly' is that most of our squad don't like golf, and who can blame them..

It was a private golf trip (not an organised club outing) and I believe James Milner was also there just not at the cringeworthy student party afterwards, so that's Alan Hansen wrong straight away. There may have been others as well.

Besides, wasn't it just a week ago that we were praising the team spirit shown against Arsenal?
One bad result, one sensationalist story later and it's armageddon!
