The difference between City and the top 4 teams is the squad. We have very strong team but our squad is average compared to United , Chelsea and Arsenal.

I hope the management will strengthen the whole squad instead of just focusing on the starting Eleven.

I can't see such drastic changes happening. To have change all but 3 of the starting line up would be a step backwards. Also, of all the players you've mentioned we've only been linked with 2-3 of them. This is a bit football manager imho
