Srna, Lescott, Sneijder, RSC and Tevez are realistic and good enough transfers. If City can buy them, they could go for top 4 next season.

I think I'd get .... (leaning towards those linked already plus a few)

GK: Schwarzer (last pay day and great cover while Hart is out getting more experience)
RB: Johnson (If Dunne is off, I'd have Richards concentrate on CB or going on loan to get CB experience)
CB: Toure (Seems we've been after him for a while plus it gives us hopes of Yaya)
CB/LB: Lescott (I'd imagine he'd prefer CB but we may need him more at LB with the added bonus of Onouha continuing in the 1st XI unless...)
DM: Yaya (May cover CB or DM)
CM: Barry (I predict he'll sign. Watch this space " " <note space)
CM: Valencia (I'd fight United for him as an Elano replacement - Ireland, Valencia and Barry to battle for 2 places)
RW/FW: Tevez (We'll benefit from his energy if not his goal tally)
ST: RSC (If he's fit he's top class. Is he fit?)
ST: Eto'o (ITK says he's coming - who am I to complain?)

That's 10 players which obviously is almost ludicrous but I do think that many are needed. Our squad is paper thin when you discount Elano, Petrov, Bojinov who may all be unhappy; Benjani, Vassell and the old lads; Etuhu, Evans and the young academy plays who haven't really made the HUGE leap necessary to be contenders (no shame in that - if they keep their heads they'll make a fine living out of the game).

what rubbish!
chwarzer will not leave fulham after the year he has cause he is enjoying it too much at fulham
toure has been linked for ages for a reason he simply doesn't want to come
agree about lescott good defender and a presence on set pieces that we miss sorely
yaya has just won a champions league an is bffl with pep guardiola
barry has already joined anyway
if united go for valencia we have no chance and espn says that wigan and man u have already agreed terms anyway
and RSC is probably too injury prone so hence bad decision
though i would love eto'o and tevez
and maybe a fight with milan although rediculously difficult over Dzeko should be tried cause he had a ripper season

Peter Crouch? Yes please. He's a non-stop trier, gets goals and provides plenty of feeds to his team-mates.

I've never understood those who attack him and predict that when he's played a few games for us (as he will) we'll be getting the same sort of apologies coming on this forum as we had with Bellamy (barring injuries, of course, though for all his fragile looks, he's got a pretty good record for avoiding those)

are u serious? marcelo is a shite defender thats why Real moved him to the left wing because he cant defend and hes too weak. If we want a left back to replace Bridge because he hasnt played well in 4 months of playing whilst unfit why would we want a winger playing at left back
