According to FA and Premier League rules, teams can not sign players under the age of 18 from abroad. This used to just apply to players outside the European Union, but after the United Kingdom opted for Brexit, it now relates to any player not situated in the country.He was born in Basildon so can sign when the window opens.

Not a chance Newcastle sell Isak. He’s the most complete striker in the league.Test Newcastle’s resolve. Offer them £80mill-£100mill for Isak.
Or go to Napoli, try and deal with the nutter again, and try and get Osinhem for a reasonable price, and out of his season long loan at Galatasary.
We desperately need another striker to play along side Haaland, who is direct and fast.
