Linked with Rangers and West Brom. Think we can get him for £5 million. Develop through a loan to CFG club and then either cash in for a nice profit or bring him in if he shows he is good enough to play for us.

Brazilian born but adopted as a baby by a Dutch family.

5'6" DM. Great range of passing, looks reasonably quick across the ground and fine striker of the ball at distance and dead ball situations.

Pedro Goncalves. 22, 23 goals 3 assists in the Portuguese league, only 2 are penalties, can play pretty much anywhere in the attack, started playing striker and he’s been the best player in the title-winning team. Would fit well with the Portuguese & Brazilian core we’re building.

Him, Kane/Haaland/Lukaku and a Mendy replacement and we’re set.
 
Bissouma would offer us something a bit different in midfield. Sadly, he’ll probably be off to Liverpool.
