Someone mentioned Kessie. Absolutely dominating Milinković-Savić and the Lazio midfield. Only the first half though.

Edit- missed a penalty too lmao

Haaland would be the dream. Kessie on a free would be a smart Fernandinho replacement. Oyarzabal might not be an out-and-out striker but he’s been scoring consistently for 5 seasons.

We dont need a signing to show we mean business. We do that already by consistently winning trophies. Leave the "Big signing of the year" trophy to the rags.

We don't "shit the bed"
We have a clear price of what we want to pay for a player. If other clubs start driving the price up, we move on.

If a player has two offers on the table and picks another team over us, good luck to them. We don't go offering them more money just to prove a point, we want people who actually want to be here.
We usually ‘make a statement’ or two around February and May every year. Big shiny silver ones

Yes we have won trophy’s but we are also now looking at a team that is starting to age

Are we?

Ederson, Steffen, Laporte, Stones, Aké, Cancelo, Silva, Sterling, and Grealish are all 28 or under.

Foden, Torres, Jesus, Dias, Rodri, and Zinchenko are all 25 or under.

The average age of our squad is younger than both Liverpool's and Chelsea's.
