Players who might improve us

There have been previous rumors of Fernandinho extending another year. If we went into the season with Rodri, Fernandinho, Gundogan, De Bruyne, Bernardo, and Eriksen, Phil would want to leave. And honestly, Doyle would probably start looking elsewhere as well.

Eriksen's a great player but we don't need him at all.

I'd rather have Eriksen in and sell Gundogan though if Fernandinho extends. Gundogan offers very little going forward and with Rodri coming in and if Fernandinho extends Gundogan would be 3rd choice as a number 6.

If Villa go down, id go in for Mings. Left footed, a giant (set pieces!) and not too bad on the ball. A late bloomer and no reason Pep couldn't get him to another level.

Probably end up at spurs or something though.

For me this was a player we should have gone for in the summer, after his troubles he would have come in on the cheap and been happy sitting on the bench waiting for his chance` that unfortunately has come about` but it was Kompany that left and Pep had to go for a player that could play both right and left, we did not get him either.
Still worth watching now till the summer and he is improving, Lewis is also worth watching as he is also improving with every game

Martin Ødegaard at Real Sociedad (on loan from Real Madrid). Finally looks like he’s starting to fulfil the promise he showed as 15 year old, and would be perfect as one of the attacking midfielders in our system.

You can't fight for Foden on one thread and ask for another signing on his position on other.

Dael Fry talksport have linked us with him, probably to out liverpool who are linked with him, I caught the Middlesborogh game and he did stand out, tall young and good with the ball, quite similar to stones but without the injuries so far

I reckon Fernandihno will be playing CB from here on out till the end of his career.

We may find out come January.

My personal feelings about the arrogant Bayern cnuts and their blatant tapping up tactics, hopes that they don't manage to pull the transfer off, and that Sane ( if fully committed and fit ) turns them down and stays .
Think he'll go. Either way I'm okay.

Don't need a DM but Ndidi's going to be some player. He's 22, Prem Proven, puts up Kante-like stats, is 6ft and has just started to add goals into his game (2 goals, 2 chalked off for offside). Him as DM, Rodri/Gundogan as playmaker and a more attacking midfielder (KDB, Bernardo, Foden) being used further forward would be amazing, especially in CL games. Having a strong defensive core in midfield would allow our fullbacks to overlap more as well.

Sandro Tonali also looks good so far at Brescia.
