not seen it mentioned but Boateng has one hell of a long throw... when we go to the Britannia it would be good to get him launching it at Stoke's defence... they won't know how to defend it with all our big lads jumping...

only thing is if you look last night all those players werent in the box.
The reason Stoke use the long throw so effectively is that all their players are massive, not only does this mean they win headers in the opposition's box, but they'd clear the ball easily too. It's kind of like saying let's play the long ball game against Stoke.

Don`t know if anyone else noticed it but he seemed to be twice as fast as the rest of our players. Not saying reat of our players as slow vierra, barry, ya ya, etc.
