We had a few players who put in decent shifts last night, even though we were basically gettin' nowhere in the opening 70 minutes ...... O'Reilly deserves great credit for getting into the positions to score twice, Reis generally had a good game, De Bruyne made really 'telling' contributions .... and Grealish gave a workmanlike performance that kept Plymouths defenders busy ...... I've given it to De Bruyne because of the part he played in the first and third goals, but really I could have given it to any of those four players.

Should definitely have scored though .... it was probably harder to clatter that post from there than actually score!Gundogan was the best player on the pitch by some distance

I said when he came to City that he had the makings of a really good defender, and he's done pretty well in the game time that he's had so far .... he will only improve, that's for sure, because he's absolutely determined to!
Correct he never stopped trying but at the moment I think Kev is struggling and sadly I don’t think he’s worth his place given the other options aroundKevin for me he was class today never stopped running and created so many chances.

O Reilly obviously gets it, even though this was a game to bed McFarland in. Special mention for Reis, because although he and the goalie, were at fault for giving away a corner, where we had a height disadvantage, his power headers showed conviction and determination, that this squad sometimes misses, we already know he is a good footballer.

Yep agreed and the header at a push , still played well though
