I answered all questions truthfully and I am shocked to learn that I am a Green Lefty... Im actually, genuinely shocked by this, I thought I was a right wing nutjob.....!!!!

I was surprised to be in the green box, expected purple.

I suppose its because I was brought up in a left wing family (father and grandfathers were shop stewards) and probably have ingrained leftie values, but thought that over the years I'd become more right wing on economic issues but stayed fairly liberal on social issues. That old saying "If you vote Tory at 18 you haven't got a heart, if you vote Labour when 40 you haven't got a brain" . This type of questionnaire probably taps in more to ingrained rather than acquired values.

One would expect a large number, if not the majority, of people in the UK to be in that green sector as it reflects the values and behaviours of individuals in society such as sharing, cooperation, community and personal responsibility. It is also diametrically opposed to the leadership (government, business, security) in the blue sector with their liking of wealth and lording it over everyone else!

I wonder how our native-born American, Australian, etc cousins fare with this test?
