Seems pretty obvious to me: Manchester United, their slide to oblivion over the next season or two, coupled with the fact the Glazer debt has hamstringed any chance of them remaining on the top flight perch, will evoke incredible sypathy.
I can see it now, all the bitterness at eating humble pie after 40+ years without a major trophy, just really sad that I won't still be around to force feed the fuckers!
