How did you manage to resolve that issue? I'm currently facing the same problem and would greatly appreciate any tips or tricks you used to address it. I've just conducted a speed test using Netspot https://apps.apple.com/us/app/netspot-wifi-map-speed-test/id1490247223?ls=12 and it appears that the signal strength is exceptionally weak in the bathroom.One for the more technically minded (which I sadly am not!). Having problems with poor WiFi signal in the room furthest away from the router. Am I best to look at an extender (and if so any recommendations on good ones) - also been reading about a mesh network which seems more expensive, but no idea whether this would work for the presumably extra expense?

Yup.Powerline extenders is what’s needed.
Forget fancy mesh, crap in my experience, simply wouldn’t hit a dead spot in the house and cost me £hundreds.
£80 on 3 plug in powerline extenders with the main one hard wired into the router and then the others in rooms you need signal and problems solved. Buy the ones that will also give off a WiFi signal.
Easy.

Sky gave us a free extender when replacing our hub. Theirs wasn’t as good as what we had and had to be moved to a different room. The furthest room away went blank. So, free extender.We are on Sky
