Had the same thing on my iPad. Use the "Clear History and Website Data" option in Safari options.
Then give it a restart. Should be fine then.
Update your device if you haven't as well. Only reason I haven't on my iPad is because it has an old version of Spotify where you can still pick specific songs for free.
I have flagged this with the ad company, and assumed that it had been resolved as I've not experienced any problems on my iPhone. Pretty annoyed that it's not been sorted, apologies for that. Will chase them up again now.
