Didn't we do this for the home game against Leicester during the first season at CoMS?

The game it pissed it down, we lost 0-3 and Kev decided to prove a point to the crowd by playing Eyal in a formation that didn't suit his game.

Not that I remember it of course. ;)

didn't dickov score a pen aswell
Yes. And my bird dumped me when I got back from the match - it was the only silver lining of a really shit day.

Lest we forget.

I'm sure that was because we played on Remembrance Sunday itself for that game.

I don't think the wearing of poppies on shirts is determined by the league or anything like that, presumably they'd have to get permission to 'change' the shirts for the game, but it'll just be a quick phone call to the league. But I think it's down to each club to decide what to do to mark it.

The league should make it compulsary for all the teams to have the poppy logo on the shirts. These should be properly stiched on, not stickers like we had at our game v Portsmouth a couple of years ago.

The PL are crap at stuff like this. I watch the NFL and MLB and they mark these occasions with the respect they deserve. For example, on Memorial Day all the teams wear special caps with the Stars and Stripes incorporated in the team logo.
