Having a bit more pace up front wouldn't harm our attack imo and would make teams think wice when trying to put us under pressure. You imagine that Kevin would feed Vardy with great passes in behind the CBs.

We'd have that if Sane had been fit all season. I think we miss him more than we sometimes realize.

Play both Aguero and Jesus tomorrow, start neither up front on Tuesday.

*Evil laugh

Kevin and Dihno I'll definitely rest. Sterling, Aguero,a Bernado and David I'll definitely play

Aguero and Dave yes, Raz and Bernie no or from the bench if necessary. We can beat them without risking injuries to first teamers.

Again, when was the last time Sergio had a great performance away from home? Can you answer this question? What about his last great performance in an away game against a top team? When was that?

We have lost the games in which Segio has started away from home (Norwich, Liverpool, Wolves) bar relegation fodder Bournemouth which was quite a difficult game too and we conceded many chances there. That's an interesting fact in itself. Scoring a pen for 4:0 against Wham and 1 from many chances against Norwich doesn't make for great performances. He has scored goals against Bournemouth (relegation zone), Norwich (worst team in the league) and a pen against Wham (in a relgation battle). All those goals came in the first weeks of the campaign and when Jesus was injured.

Has Sergio scored against a good team this season?

"He hasn't scored more because he has started only 4 games". But why hasn't Sergio started more games away from home? Is it because he hasn't been particularly good in away games and doesn't help the team as much as expected? Did he play well against Liverpool or rather was one of the reasons why we lost the game because of poor finishing?

The best strikers are great not only at home but also away from home. Sergio hasn't been that great in away games for a long time now. He was fairly shit against Spurs away in the CL. He wasn't impressive against the rags in April either. Very much hope he gets better because we need his class in the CL, but there is a reason why he starts almost all games at home and rarely away from home.

Vardy has been more clincial than Sergio. City create much more chances than Leicester, so Sergio having scored at a slightly better rate than Vardi in term of goals per minutes doesn't make him better or as good as Vardy this season. Only a deluded blue would think otherwise.
You really are a muppet, slag Sergio all you like, but come back when you have the following information, Sergio goals away and mins away in the PL this season, and then the same information for Steptoe, then do your divisions (you have reached that part of your education yet?) and until then stop mithering me

Pep Guardiola on @m8arteta: "We have already adjusted our routine. Now he is the manager of Arsenal."

Pep Guardiola on @fernandinho contract situation: "It’s a Txiki issue, it’s not my issue. Of course [I’d like him to stay]. I’m delighted with our three and a half years together."

Pep Guardiola on the season so far: "The way we played was quite similar and we lost games - maybe more than expected - but after two seasons of winning it can happen. In general, the way we played was good."

Pep Guardiola on #MCIPVA: "It’s a knockout game, anything can happen. The schedule has been incredible, to not have to travel and play at home will be a big advantage. I’ve said many times we try to take every competition seriously."

Pep Guardiola has confirmed @Laporte has trained with the rest of the first-team squad for '10 to 15 minutes', and will partake in full training next week.

Pep Guardiola has confirmed Ederson 'feels better' and Nicolas Otamendi is 'getting better' - the latter is NOT available for selection tomorrow.

Wonder which dick asked him this

Pep Guardiola on accepting failure if City don't win the league: "I accept everything, my friend. Normally, I fail every year. Since I won six titles in my first year at Barcelona, I was a failure every year."

Pep Guardiola on the players' reaction to the Christmas schedule: "Everything is tough, not just for us. Take a look - many injuries, all the clubs have picked up, but nobody cares. Next season there will be more than 50 injuries again. It is what it is."

Your love for Sergio makes you stupid in this thread. And aggressive. Aggressiveness and stupidity are the worse combination in real life. That's you in this thread.

It sounded like Dom McGuiness. Pep particularly spiky from the off today. Don’t know how he retains any composure.

Pep Guardiola on @OfficialPVFC: "Port Vale will be more than welcome. It’s nice. That’s why this country is the best. All competitions, all leagues, they support their own clubs. This afternoon I will see more games of them. Then we will decide how we play."

Great response though.

So it’s aggressive and stupid to ask you where your stats are to substantiate your drivel? Kids

I'd go with;

Bravo
Cancelo Stones Bellis Angelino
Silva Gundogan Foden
Bernardo Aguero Sterling

And then start this team vs the rags;

Ederson
Fernandinho Rodri Garcia
Walker De Bruyne Gundogan Mendy
Mahrez Jesus Sterling

Our season comes down to the cups so let's smash this tin pot small time stain of a club (fingers crossed we can get a win against Port Vale too).

Interesting decision on the keeper ?

Ederson missed 2 league games, but Bravo normally plays in the cups, 2 cup ties on the trot.

In the circumstances I'd play Bravo tomorrow and Ederson midweek.
Calamity must not play vs the rags.
