Hi everyone, Porto fan here. Just wanted to say that I hope we all may watch a very good game with both sides performing great football and may the best win.

About Porto, there have been some recent changes in the team, Lucho González returned to the team during the January transfer window and Danilo from Santos also joined the club. Lucho was a great addition to the midfield, he might not be one of those players with great pace or a dribbler but he's a classy player with awesome passing skills and pretty good technique, he also likes to run to the opponents's box a lot and usually finds himself in good finishing positions.

Fucile has been loaned by Porto to Santos and in return we bought Danilo, spending nearly 18M euros to bring him to Portugal. He's very young but he's got a great future ahead of him, he's an attack minded full back, having been compared to Daniel Alves a few times already and his weakness could very well be his inexperience and the fact that he just arrived from brazilian football so he isn't that great in terms of defending.

Porto has 2 huge weaknesses, the manager and the striker position. Our manager could very well be considered the worst coach ever to train a Porto team, he was responsible for some really poor displays during the champions league, for getting knocked out of the portuguese cup(3-0 to Académica) and for a lot of poorly played matches throughout the season. His biggest weaknesses are: lack of motivational skills(our president has to constantly go to the locker room and speak to the players), poor managerial choices in terms of substitutions and the players he chooses to start the main 11 and lack of confidence when talking to the press. Everyone in Porto wants to see him gone and we can't wait for the season to end so that a new manager arrives.

Striker position, since Falcao left, we had no real striker to replace him, we got Kleber, but since he's very young he eventually couldn't resist to the pressure of replacing a top class player like Falcao and started performing very very poorly. Now we bought Janko, a 1,96 mtrs player from Twente to replace him and he seems alright but he can't play in the Europa League so we will start with Hulk in that position, and Hulk isn't really a striker so we loose a lot of his proficiencies when he plays as a striker.

2 other players to watch out: Álvaro Pereira and James Rodríguez, the last one is only 20 year old but he's got really great skills, will probably only last a few more seasons in Porto before moving to a Barcelona or something like that.

Have a good match everyone, best regards from Portugal.

Is that you, AVB?

I have a feeling we'll start Stefan Savic tonight, Were not playing great on the road of late, Porto has good pedigree in Europe there more experienced as a club than us. I think we will be beaten tonight 2-1, Main thing is to get an away goal, And batter them at The Etihad. Hopefully am wrong about the result later on.

Come On City!!

I'm just watching Ajax-Rags;

Ajax is rolling so far, if they continue like this, we'll be the one and only manchester left in europe:)

Hart, Richards, Kompany, Lescott, Clichy, Barry, Milner, Silva, Nasri, Aguero, Balotelli, according to twitter.
