Switzerland are a tricky side. Not a side you'd ever back but one that just grinds results out. I think they'll challenge Portugal but if it goes to penalties I'd expect Portugal to go through so it's over to Morocco to try and cause the first upset of the last 16.
It would be nice, if England get past France, for us to face Switzerland or Morocco rather than Spain or Portugal. It's looking like a very hard world cup to win now. Brazil, Croatia, Argentina, Netherlands on one side and Portugal, Spain, France and England on the other. That's a World Cup and a half! You'd usually expect a couple of "easier" QFs so surely we'll see some surprises today?!
Let’s not forget Switzerland knocked France out of the euros on penalties last year, so they can deal with those scenarios well.
This last 16 has been pretty routine in terms of how you would expect to win the games, which isn’t usually the case. So I’d love to see a couple of surprises today.
