I have grown up with the beeb. Good tv, good radio, good internet. We should be proud of what our state broadcaster has achieved globally. It really gives us a voice out there, from World Service to our music scene.
But I understand how we get bored as a country and want to renew or destroy our history so we can move onto new things. The BBC will need to stop demanding people pay license fees no matter what, just get rid of those people that clearly hate it and dont want to pay, let the rest subscribe for what is very good value for money because not all of us want to pay for Sky, have netflix accounts (I went through their stuff in 2 months!). And let the moaners pay thousands for Sky instead.
