That's quite remarkable. Whatever he has bottle it and sell for squillions! Am pleased for you and the family. I had a row with my dad (82) last night, imploring him not to get the bus to the biggest supermarket in the area, just go to the Sainsbury 5mins away.

Spain - the second day in a row that the daily death toll has fallen, and it's also the first time in three days that the number of fatalities has dropped below 900. The number of new infections is lower than Friday's figure of 7,472.

This appears to support Spanish Health Minister Salvador Illa's statement earlier this week that the outbreak in the country was reaching its peak.

Aussie scientists (I know, I didn't think there was such a thing, either) have found a head lice medicin that stops Covid-19 reproducing. The medicine is the same shape as the part of the human cell that the virus binds to. The virus binds to the medicine and then can't reproduce.

This looks like good news because this is similar to how penecillin works with bacterial infections. It stops them multiplying and your immune system gradually mops them up.

I restore motorbikes and have an interest in many things vintage etc.
I'm also in the mercedes benz owners club, the gpz owners club and the fzr owners club.
This might not mean a lot in itself, but on any of these forums, there isn't a Covid thread. Not one.
They all refer to it, and mention it, but they don't tend to argue the toss about it.
What do these people share in common? They are engineers, teachers, doctors, lecturers, scientists, vets, designers, architects.
In other words, intelligent. They could not give a fuck if someone is walking down the beach with their kid, because they know they are safe.

In other words, very well off compared to most people. So they're safe to sit in their big homes in nice areas and wait it out due to their cash reserves. It's easy to not give a fuck when you can just close off from the rest of the world for a while and take the pinch :)
