They did. It doesn't suit some people's agenda though.

I thought we played much better today and didn't deserve to lose. Clattenburg is a complete tool and what an arsehole Danny Rose is.

When Aguero has days like today, the chink in his armor shows through..His greed. So often he tries to take on like 3 players(he completed 1 take-on today, 90th min when he crossed it) rather than pass to a team mate in space. Frustrating to watch when it breaks down our play in forward areas.

He's about the only player who will shoot.

What was annoying me was first half we got to the byline a few times pulled it back and no one had made a run.

We were credible all game, i.e. well in the game, but I thought we only truly attacked after the penalty.

I think the deflecting block put incredible spin on it and you would have to be standing over the ball and counteract the spin. I think it was the spin that ultimately took it over the bar. He'd normally bury those, particularly against the Haringay Hotspurs.

Can't get over what a huge miss by silva that was at the death. Couldn't have been more off target from two yards if he tried.

Very disappointed with the celebration for our goal. Not one City player (cept Zab and that was an after thought) could be bothered encouraging the lad. Very dissapointing.
