Roll on having a manager who is tactically aware!

First 13 mins looked like we had matured at European level....got caught out on a counter and punished....chased the game from that moment onwards and had nothing.

Yaya is abysmal and he wants to stay here and do this and that....gone in the summer for me.

Fernandinho is brilliant but looks a little knackered and delph will become a great player for us.

Sterling needs to work on his predatory goal scoring instincts, aguero warming up again and silva will be back soon. The wheels are falling off but will be back on in no time.

Southampton will beat us this weekend.

Manuel doesn't start Fernandinho against Liverpool, even though he only played 10 minutes for Brazil prior, so he can apparently rest him for tonight, and then takes him off ten minutes into the second half when he's arguably the best player on the pitch.

Genius.

Have little to no faith in Pellegrini anymore, nowhere near getting the best out of this squad, far from it in fact.

Big shout out to Sterling for missing yet another fucking sitter as well.

Pissed off.

We needed a very big reaction to the Liverpool game. Allegri had different ideas and he gave no chance to Pelle to win this game. We would have been very lucky with a draw. 3-1 would have been more fair result based on chances maybe.

Now its about 90% we finish second, meaning an early CL exit is quite possible given the possible opponents, and its gonna be Barca anyway isnt it?

So now concentrate on the PL please!

Only sad thing that if we would come up against Juve in the knock out rounds, does anyone think it wouldnt be the same like the two group games? I think it would be extremely similar, probably even two losses again. I cant see Pelle coming up with what this level of football needs.

Not a bad display. It is last year's CL finalists away. They fucked Madrid on their way to the final.

with a very different team....juve were average tonight and they cut us to pieces on several occasions.....we were awful in every dept except the goal keeper who now may have an injury

finish second and we will get one of the big boys again and our chances of going any further in the champs league significantly dwindle....if as a club we are focus the champs league then we just took a massive hit to that target.....

The overriding concern is that we just look awful......and the defence (as it seems to becoming the norm now under MP) was awful yet again....as was our defensive work in midfield.

There's a simple model to follow when you play City, and every team seems to be well versed in it! We should be setting up and making it appear that we have examined the opposition under the microscope and we are going for their Achilles. We play as though the whole team think that the parting of the Red Sea will be re-enacted and we can just storm through. Mind, wouldn't want Raheem with the ball at his feet!
