Postal workers refuse to deliver BNP leaflets

Good luck to the posties.

This "party" needs to be stopped. They incite hatred and division.

Come on folks...we are better than this.

It's their job to deliver what they're given
Wrong.
Actually postal workers do have the right to decline to deliver BNP stuff. The Royal Mail have an obligation to deliver it, which is slightly different.

That's actually quite pathetic that they can pick and choose what they will and won't deliver.
Does this mean a Jehovah's Witness could refuse to deliver leaflets asking for blood donors ?

Whilst I agree that they need stopping. If you start denying them the rights and privileges that they are entitled to by law, then this will only garner more support and publicity for them.
The British public love nothing more than supporting the underdog.

The postal service is open for everyone to use. Even prisoners held at her majesty's pleasure have this privilege. Who the fuck are the postal union to deny it ?

they arent denying use of the postal service, thats abundantly clear for a couple of reasons:

1) these are junk mail unaddressed leaflets which some posties are refusing to deliver, if they were in a plain brown, er i mean white, addressed envelope then there would be no problem
2) they will still get delivered, just not by the posties who refuse to do so

Well I'd sack any of the cunts who refused. They are there to do a job, not have opinions.

I did notice your little 'joke' about the envelopes and I'm not biting thank you.

Postal workers have the right to a conscience clause despite what arseholes on here might think.

Does this mean a Jehovah's Witness could refuse to deliver leaflets asking for blood donors ?

Yes it does.
