It is probably in here somewhere, but a quick trawl through didn't provide the answer to the question:

How do you upload one of your own photos onto the Forum?

Any help appreciated!

You need to use a photo hosting site...photobucket, imageshack...there are quite a few.

Follow the instructions on the site...basically you upload the picture to it, and it will provide you will a code that you copy and paste into your forum post.

It will inevitably look a bit like this....

[img ]www.imageshack.com/blah blah your image . jpg[/ img]

Its the URL of the image, with coding at each end...

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.sport.co.uk/public/images_features/C_71_article_1131322_image_list_image_list_item_0_image.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.sport.co.uk/public/images_fe ... _image.jpg</a>

becomes

[ img]http://www.sport.co.uk/public/images_features/C_71_article_1131322_image_list_image_list_item_0_image.jpg [ /img]

and therefore...
