With us now competing for honours (especially domestically) many fans including myself really have to prioritise which away games they attend due to cost etc.

If we beat Wigan and get drawn against hull, Brighton or Charlton I will be sacrificing a trip to wembley so that I can attend Liverpool away in the league. If we get arsenal or Everton I will be going to the semi and I'm undecided on the Sheffield clubs, forest & Sunderland.

The Liverpool game is likely to be huge, bigger than an FA Cup semi final. Anyone agree & making similar decisions?

I think with us already in the Capital One Final a lot of people would sack the FA Cup Semi-Final off especially
if we haven't been drawn against Arsenal / Everton. A lot would want to save money for the final. I was
speaking to my mate last night and we were both thinking of giving it a miss. He reckons the Saturday
game is likely to be a 12.30pm kick off for the television which would make travelling a nightmare. The
whole Wembley experience is starting to get devalued due to the number of matches we have played there
(I never thought I would have said that when we went 29 years without a semi-final in any major
competition!). I think semi tickets would definitely go to Blue Card holders maybe even open sale.

The FA have no appreciation of the costs involved - with train fare, food, programme (another FA rip off) etc. with a family of four it's a £500 /£600 weekend. Only so many times you can do this a season.

If we get Forest I'll be going as I assume Wembley will be in some parrallel universe where they didn't lose 3-1 to Sheffield United in the last round, now that will be something to see......

They're just not really bothered about catering for the needs of anyone but Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs and Rags fans, most of whom live within a local enough radius of Wembley.

depending on how City price it, I may have to give the Wigan game a miss especially with it being on tv
