I did it through MSE and there were letter templates on there that you can use. Very ease to follow and understand.

I went through a company thinking it would be quicker and more organised, it's taken longer than anyone I know who went directly through there bank/building society and as mentioned previously all they do is write the bank a letter, now ive to pay them 30% of my fee too so go straight through the bank.
Now the claim is complete the claims company have wrote to me offering me....................PPI, unbelievable (-:
