Depends what type of bars you want.I went in july for 4 days and had a great time;Im into rock music and found a couple of quality bars. One called The Battallion and another called Vahon. pretty close to each other in the centre of town.By the way beer and food is very cheap,But whatever you do watch out for the taxi drivers! They fleece the feck out of you.
Oh yes and the women are absolutely stunning!Enjoy.

Get down to Wencelas Square (it isn't).There's a few "clubs" down there.
Try some of the bars on the sidestreets, dirt cheap.
The women are absolutely stunning as posted earlier, so bring a camera and get posting
on THE thread when you get back!!

Like bluemike says head to Wenceslas Square - dead easy to find. Bars there aren't cheap (prices like at home) but the ladies are STUNNING!! We found a Czech bar down by the river which had pictures of soldiers and real guns on the wall but the people in there were dead friendly and the price of a pint was unbelievably cheap (about 30p a pint)

Loved every minute I was there - you will love it

no mate all the usual places, irish bars theres a good one just off wencelas square, but there is a smart aussie bar at the top of the square as you face the museum its on the right down some stairs think its in the entrance to some cinema..its got large flat screen tv s in there
