Hopefully there will be no "taking the foot of the accelerator" and we continue in the mostly ruthless, and professional way of the first 3 games.

Surely he's going to start the same 11 again - don't change a winning team.

Although I think Navas has been great the past couple of weeks I can see Nasri replacing him.

He is fast becoming the new jigsaw man though isn't he? I think Stuart Barlow at Everton was the original one. (Goes to pieces in the box)

To be fair to him, he's set up chance after chance after chance for Aguero, but Sergio has not put any of them in. We could easily be sat here with Navas on a deserved 4 or 5 assists.

I would stick with the same team as before but whatever team we put out will have it tough I reckon. There's no such thing as a stroll in this division. It was that kind of thinking that cost us the league last year. So forget the silly talk about 8 goal romps. A clean sheet with a couple in the For column for us will do. Anything more is a bonus not an expectation.

Same team, same intensity and hopefully same 3 points.
Perfect Sat. for me will be a 3-0 win, Aguero, Sterling and Bony to score and more minutes in the tank for Delph oh and no yellow for Dinho but this is the least likely!

I took my lad to his first game coincidentally against Watford in the FA Cup last season. At half time we were 2-0 down, and although we eventually won 4-2 - I'm not counting any chickens - but will take a City win.

I remember that game well. And we didn't learn from it that time as the same errors were made against Boro'.
A 1-0 win with no bookings or injuries would suit me fine.

"we dropped silly points against the small teams"

"These teams have to be beaten"

"The games against low Prem sides at home are the games to rotate in"

"6-7 nil this one"

Plucky small team supporter here and just had to join this forum to say what tremendous and noble humility all you Man City fans have got!

Never, ever let it be said that you're too big for your boots or that you've very quickly forgotten just how much of a "small team" you suckers appeared to the rest of us when you sunk down to the third division not so long ago or when you were quickly 0-2 down to us on your own ship heap just last year.

No, no, you're absolutely right. Turn out the kids and the reserves for a gentle jog. It's only a little team! Treat it like a training game. A damn nuisance I know, but these small teams like Watford simply have to be beaten darling.

Perhaps you'd be so good as to pass the smug complacency on to your players on Saturday? Absolutely nothing to worry about. Don't even have to break a sweat to see us off. There's no chance, no chance at all of us winning.

Just for you I've put a tenner on Aguero scoring first and City winning 5-0.
