Valium,non slip boots,head down and just do it,i thought i couldn't do brighton but i did even with broken ankle,i don't get chance to challenge myself much thats why i want to do it,mind over matter and body,i'll be on here on the trainyou are going to be great Kaz. I stupidly ordered an additional starter (lol) and the Mrs had a cocktail and I had a beer.
Left a bit tipsy and forgot the tip!
