Its in place 10 years now.It’s a farce. The slog teams (us included this season) have to go through over the course of a season to qualify. How can the prize for winning a 2nd rate Euro comp be CL qualification?
They probably saw it as an incentive but these 2 are really taking the piss.

It's hilarious and mental that Spuds have started this game with Son on the bench. Literally one of only two players in living memory who've ever shown fuck all world class talent.
It's too late for him now but Son should've fucked the useless tarts off a decade ago, would've fit in like hand in glove at City under Pep and won the lot.
As it stands he might see them lift a trophy and not even play in the fucking final - what an insult to a brilliant player.

Not a single player with a first touch desperately hoofing the ball pulis style
Up the pitch hoping the worst Brazilian I ever seen try control the ball.
The scum slightly better on the ball but just hopeful punts into the box hoping for a deflection, meanwhile amad and the chief rat himself feigning injury everytime they are tackled Trying to con the referee pretending they’ve been hit in the head.

We've seen how many times Crystal Palace have done it last Saturday, Mateta and Wharton the prime suspects and its effective as it completely breaks up momentum and doesn't allow opposition to sustain attacks.When play is stopped for any injury regardless of if they get treatment they have to go off fro 2 mins if it’s a head injury they have to have the correct protocol It’s a disgrace that they take head injuries considering the actual consequences of a genuine one
As you've mentioned about a genuine head injury, Put all the momentum and sustaining attacks and the real issue will be a serious head injury and everyone just thinking he's feigning injury.

UEFA would say they have to dangle the carrot to get teams to take it seriously and if that is the case, it just proves how shite the Europa League really is.
