No way do we get that as a penalty. If this is the precedence they’re setting, all our players have been taken out at least 20 times in the box.
Might as well just have a game of penalties and then go home.
The screaming from the players when anyone goes near them is embarrassing. You’d think that they had been hit by a sniper.

Slow motion clearly shows it was not a penalty, the people operating VAR just go along with their pal out on the pitch. Switched over to Rangers v Celtic.

Don't see the problem with Walton there he's explained it and shown the evidence. I thought it was outside the box too but he's right, might be tight but that doesn't matter.

Just listening to the studio debate regarding the penalty,and that **** Walton is looking for every excuse to back up the bollocks of a decision.
First it was the foot that commited the foul,but when that was proved outside the box,the focus switched to the 'contact' on the thigh,which was also inconclusive......but apparently,despite the fact the **** had already made his mind up to go down,was deemed as the actual offence.
The game is proper fucked.

Peter Walton is absolutely stealing a living. He hasn’t got a fucking clue. If this is the level of referee, that we consider good enough to not only be a ref but to then end up on TV as the “expert” in his later years, it probably explains a lot as to why the standard of refereeing is considered to be so low. Anyone with eyes can see that contact is outside the box. Forget VAR for a second, we all know that is a joke but what is the point of having him on TV if he just backs his mates, no matter how ridiculous it makes him look? The guy is a fucking half-wit.
