Premier League Games 1/2/3/4 Jan 2021

seasons rebranding starting next week:

Jan Premier League Royal Rumble
April Premier League FootballMania
August Premier League SummerSlam
November Premier League Survivor Series

A higher threshold does nothing to highlight the interpretation.... why have a media outlet to assist on matters if it isn’t going to be utilised? Oliver can naturally interpret (angles permitting) that there was contact, however, when that is reviewed it is conclusive that there was an error. The whole thing stinks, as I’m not having that when it was reviewed they didn’t see the Michael Flatley jig!

Would love that but with our form this season and last, along with Pep almost never taking the derby seriously, I am sceptical.
What a load of shite.

Pep takes every game equally seriously, a derby is no more or less important to him, just us the fans.

You seem to forget that we absolutely battered them there in the semi final last year, 3-1 was a travesty, and even though they won the 2nd leg, we'd pretty much battered them again, and they weren't even close to over turning the tie.

This time it's a one off, just need to do what we did last year there.

That is exactly how the refs use the VAR loophole to ‘legally’ give decisions to the sides in red.

Any hint of a foul in the box they immediately give as a penalty, knowing the threshold to overturn it is extremely slim.

On the other hand, when reffing sides like us they use the opposite logic. They don’t give those decisions to us knowing VAR won’t overturn the on-field decision.
said this from the start & it’s backed up by the commentary team

Problem is - as we've seen time and again, we could - and probably will - batter them again in the cup, but we've not been putting our chances away and you just know they will be handed a decision like tonight which will give them match.

United are going through a very good patch where they are being very clinical with the chances they get whereas their opponents are totally wasteful. They're not dominating games from start to finish. They're not really playing that impressive football. And they concede every game.

Unfortunately we have VAR to contend with as well ..
