Take the point about the Newcastle post match celebrations but I suppose why not. You’ve got enjoy your wins and they’ve been starved of success. Plus as we City fans know the “cartel” hate other teams doing well.

I believe our fan base has links to the North East going right back to the Industrial revolution. When a lot of people from the North east moved to Mancland to settle for the Working class Jobs in the Mills etc.

I remember when they were getting crowds of around 12,000. Most of their fans haven't 'suffered' for very long.

Let them have their fun, I'll guarantee that they didn't enjoy that win as much as some if us on here!

We need Newcastle right in there for Top 4. Arsenal go to St. James at the start of May.

We need Spurs to kick on otherwise Newcastle may already have secured top 4 by then.
