I understand the logic of that, but I really struggle to support spurs in any game they play, and I don’t think tonight’s game will be a deal-breaker either way in terms of united.

Opposite for me. Maybe it's the growing up in North Wales, red scouse and blue scouse always been twats.

Absolutely loads of Spurs fans in south wales, weirdly. Had trouble with them at various London stations in the past. Think they had a tradition of Welsh players in the 60s/70s which might explain it?
