Dacoure didn’t mean to do what he did. He just got overexcited in trying the fuck Kane off from holding his shirt like he was a rag doll. It was a total accident that he touched him in the face.

Kane kicks him (whilst also trying to kick a dead ball in to the Everton bench), pushes him, and pulls him back by his shirt, he swings around and pushes him, gets pulled again, and then tries to push Kane again, accidentally catching Kane in the face (open palm), and Kane goes down like he’s been sucker punched.

Absolute shithouse **** and I still maintain that sort of instigation, upon VAR review, should also be a red.

Doucoure should have known what Kane was doing and been more composed, but Kane is a well-known snide twat (his challenges whilst opposition players are jumping alone should have seen him get far more red cards than he has) and it needs to be called out (even—and perhaps especially—when our players do similar).
