Something needs to be done about it but nobody is talking about it. No commentators bring it up while it’s happening, no pundits bring it up in the studio, managers aren’t bringing it up after games or in press conferences… yet it’s minutes and minutes of games where the ball is not in-play and nowhere near the right amount of time is added on for it.

Football is getting worse for it when other sports are looking at improving BIP figures. It’s making football more and more boring.
