Premier League Games 1/2/4/5 April

Pullis kissing Mourinho's arse:

"Jose is a top manager and it is a transition year for him. I would not bet against him winning the title next year. He will go out and get the players he wants."

Ahh but according to Pullis what he normally says is, " The money they have spent they should be light years ahead of us " blah blah blah!

Just seen the Mourinho interview, and i actually agree with him.

Me too to an extent; there are loads of teams who have no interest in playing football that are overly reliant on nabbing goals on the counter or set pieces during their respective bus parking sessions. It's ugly and bad for the fans watching the game.

But at the same time, needs must. If it was your team getting points that way you'd probably get over it if you won(Chelsea).

Also, he's ultimately deflecting the fact that they haven't been too great all season. They've never played to the heights the other top teams have and have consistently wormed their way through games they should've drawn/lost.

Basically he's right to be upset at other teams, he's wrong not to upset at his own team.

Then again, managers these days tend to say potty things to deflect negative attention of their teams. If that was his goal then he certainly did it.

They thought that West Brom would have been a gimme for them today. Their next five games are

Everton (H)
Sunderland (A) Who are battling like beavers ® for every point.
Chelsea (H)
Burnley (A) Has been a tough away ground this season despite todays result.
Us at ours.

Throw in Anderlecht over 2 legs and they could have a pretty tough and disappointing month incoming.
