Pretty concerning for West Ham that there doesn't seem to be new manager bounce effect with Pellegrini

He inherited Mancini's team that had some steel, added a bit of flair and got an astonishing season out of Yaya.

Two seasons later, when the Mancini effect had worn off completely, we were shite. At West Ham he inherited a Moyes team so didn't have as far to fall.
