Premier League Games | 10/11 May '25

All in all what was a bad day yesterday has got a little bit better today.

Thanks Leicester.

Oh and thanks West Ham, best laugh of the weekend.

BloodyvPalace win again. They are like a pesky smell that won't go away no matter how much air freshener is liberally sprayed.

Yes our failure to win still smarts but other results have eased it slightly.
I've just seen that Chavs and Villa have games next weekend that I reckon both get 3 points from * Chavs v Rags, Villa v Spurs.

So that means we are likely to be 6th when we play Bournemouth. Hells teeth really is must win....

Dippers can only get a maximum of 89 points which we got when we won it in 2012.
And not wanting to appear entitled, it seems low!!

( Didn't we have an 80s points tally when we won pl in 2021? We were rubbish until new year 2021, Sky as usual had crowned Rags/ Dips as winners).

I am a witch. I told my mate Debs that after we drew 1-1 with WBA at home in December that I just got this feeling we would win the PL. Nothing to evidence it just one of those weird hunches!

This also. Foden and KDB. The infamous match where Milner remained on he pitch despite at least 3 yellow cars offenses. IIRC the ref was Tierney - add that to his illustrious list of City screw overs
It was so fucking obvious, Klopp himself pulled Milner out of the pitch quickly after sending Bernardo flying in the air, it was becoming beyond ridiculous. Home team had free licence to kick the shit out of us, as usual, the well known bullying culture of that shithole, God knows how this thing is tolerated by everyone in this country, it's part of their identity. Not to mention, the possible penalty ignored in the first half, again by Milner on Phil...

Those dropped points yesterday are really going to cost us I fear. I've just posted about it in the top five thread.

I just want nothing more before I leave the planet for one of our first teams, anyone to not lose their heads and be intimidated in that pigsty and just go muller them about 4-0. I live in hope. I was there for the 3-1 win Boxing Day 1981.

The 4-1 in Feb 21 was good but none of their rabid fans were in attendance. I want that skanky crowd really silenced.

I loathe everything about that rancid club.

It's clear now we need 4 points to be sure. The rags and Spurs have downed tools for the egg cup final so village will win both. The rest will chip each other.
