Problem is if a player stays on his feet, he doesn't get the penalty. Remember Foden a couple of seasons back (against Saints, was it)?

Yeah, I remember it well, it was absurd.

This is a problem created entirely by refereeing incompetence - so not sure why I'm expecting it to be solved by refereeing competence because it obviously won't be.
