Newcastle will be full of confidence after that, fortunately our defence even taking into consideration our current injuries is definitely better than Villa's. A mid week Super Cup game doesn't help us, fingers crossed we have no further injuries.

Didnt watch the Barcode game but that is an impressive opening day result , actually expected Villa to get something , because Howe is an english manager he will not get the plaudits but he hasnt put a foot wrong since joining Newcastle their progress is remarkable on a fairly controlled budget.
