Eric Dier with hair. Very average player. Creates very little, doesn't score many. Like Dier, will probably end up being a makeshift centre back at a mid-table club.

Thought he might push on when he scored a few goals in succession last season, but I agree with you, nowhere near as good as his billing suggests.
