Iwobi really is a very limited player at this level.

Pickford should be nowhere near the England number one spot and the back four is championship quality at best.

But apart from that Everton are ok.

Problem is the other England keepers aren't much better to be honest. Maybe Ramsdale's current form shades it but again not much in it.
