So that's the rag in charge of the rags, with Alty rag on the board and Bolton rag on the VAR.

Alty rag then gets the Wolves game, with villa fan Marriner on the VAR. Marriner then also gets the Chelsea game.

The most gut-wrenching thing about it all is that nobody is really surprised about how this season has panned out, quite the reverse - we all anticipated it. The dippers were gifted the Prem on a silver platter, that much is an uncomfortable truth that all neutrals will agree on, surely? For most of the season the rags have been less than convincing, and were destined for a mid-table finish - if they were lucky. But, surprise surprise, they are now (to all intents and purposes) guaranteed a top four place!
Whatever else happens now in the league is an irrelevance to those in power, they’ve got what they wanted, and despite the rest of the clubs in the entire football league being royally shafted, nobody can or will take a stand against those at the very head of our national sport.

Leicester and Sheffield Utd are throwing the top 4 away as much as the rags are winning games to get there themselves. Its not all bent ref decisions.

Bodgers is doing what he's always done - flattering to deceive, and Sheffield are just not, well...they're just not very good. Can't fault their application, they always give 100%, but what good is 100% of something that isn't any good to begin with?
To me it's not so much that teams are throwing away chances of a top four place. They're trying, they're trying very hard to establish themselves amongst the elite, but it's either that they do not have enough quality players to get them a top four finish (and subsequently European football), or VAR denying them the chance to get there in the first place.
