Worst ever PL side. Four points lower than the second worst team (Sunderland, 2 seasons before).I made a point of watching Derby as that season went along. They were truly awful.

They're desperately weak. Only once has all three promoted sides been relegated the following season. 1997-98 (Barnsley, Bolton and Palace).Is this collectively the three worst promoted sides ever? One on four points from 12 games, one on four from 11, and the other on six from 12.

I think the fact there's 3 teams maybe even 4 at that level will enable them to take enough points from each other to better derby's season.Correct. Anyone expecting Burnley to pull a rabbit out of the hat today was living in cloud cuckoo land. Check the table. Burnley are shite. Stretch their form out over the season, and they're close to 2007/08 Derby County levels.

If one of them falls below the level of the other bottom 4, its on but probably unlikely, they beat those around them at home theyve got that many.What about the next lowest (the Mackems, 2 seasons earlier, amassed 15 points)?
Reckon we could secure premier league status for another year tomorrow with a win. 3 teams aren't getting above 30.
