I'm not watching the match but BBC text commentoary hasn't suggested anything amiss with the offside or the pen. Are they really dodgy decisions?

I checked it and the've said West ham have been hard done by with the dissalowed goal, they went off the other angle.

The editors of that live feed generally control the narrative a bit. When the author doesn't want to comment they'll generally stick in texts or tweets as a means to make up for it. But I have seen the author on feeds for Liverpool feeds be generally dismissive in the past and uninterested in controversial moments favouring them.
